What this test is
The way a decision can look like it was made in the meeting when it was actually settled beforehand is the hardest thing to see from outside. These questions put that mechanism into words.
Because this measures business customs rather than Japanese ability, every question has an English version. Terms such as nemawashi and ringi are kept in romaji with a short gloss.
