What this test is
The usual failure is not grammar but tone. The right way to make the same request changes depending on whether the reader is inside your company or a client, so most questions turn on that judgement.

Can I take it if my English is still weak?
Yes. The questions are written in Japanese, so you never have to read long English passages.
How is this different from the English level test?
The English level test measures your general ability across vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening. This one is limited to the phrasing and email conventions you use at work.
Is the test free?
There is a free sample you can take right away with no payment. The full test for each level is paid, and it includes the full question review and the shareable result.
Do I need to know my level before I start?
No. Pick the level closest to where you think you are. If it turns out to be too easy or too hard, the result will tell you, and you can take a different level next.
Can I take it on my phone?
Yes. It works in a phone browser.
What if I run out of time?
Each section has its own timer. When the timer ends the section closes and your answers so far are kept.
